Provide first and second-level support for internal users. Analyze, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents and service requests effectively. Manage and maintain ticketing in accordance with ITIL processes. Establish, configure, and maintain workstations (hardware and software). Install, configure, and administer end-user devices (clients, peripherals, mobile devices). Install, configure, and maintain standard software and specialized applications. Conduct software rollouts, updates, and patches. Collaborate with product management, development, and other departments. Create reports, documentation, and knowledge base entries.
