Role Overview: IT Project Coordinator
This full-time position is based in St. Louis, Missouri. The IT Project Coordinator works closely with Keeley Companies' IT team to keep projects organized and on track.
Main Responsibilities
- Support project teams by coordinating resources and information to help meet key milestones and deadlines.
- Encourage collaboration across different teams and address challenges that could slow project progress.
- Track project objectives, scope, timelines, team roles, and deliverables to stay aligned with goals.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks, such as maintaining project documentation using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management tools.
- Share project updates, reminders, and essential information with technical teams and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and run project meetings according to established plans and schedules.
