About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Project Manager who will be pivotal in meeting overall project goals and specific team deliverables. You will be responsible for planning project activities and executing assigned tasks to meet the highest quality standards, ensuring project success. This position offers a hybrid work model, with a preference for candidates based in or within commuting distance of Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and work plans.
  • Assemble, coordinate, and lead technical teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and expenditures, proactively managing changes through a structured change management process.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation to track actions, risks, and issues.
  • Deliver project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and oversee service changes and go-live events.
  • Conduct regular project and service transition reviews with customers and key stakeholders/senior management.
