We are seeking an IT Project Manager to be an integral part of our PMO Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning and kickoff through to delivery and closure.
- Manage requirements by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and supporting them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with both business and technical teams, fostering clear communication among all parties.
- Facilitate daily team operations, including task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
- Conduct regular synchronization and planning meetings with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks early, and make necessary adjustments to plans.
- Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and changes.
- Contribute to the enhancement of PM processes and tools within the PMO.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects while collaborating with distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in accessible terms.
- Fluency in English and Russian — both spoken and written (B2+ or higher).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at keeping projects on track.
- Capable of managing deadlines, resolving conflicts, and ensuring team alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
