Job OverviewThe Business Intelligence Developer is essential for implementing effective Business Intelligence solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of industry-standard methodologies and extensive experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and PowerBI (Development, Administration, and Gateway). The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Technical Expertise:Demonstrated experience in multidimensional data modeling, design, development, and support using the Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and TFS) is mandatory.Proficient in building complex multidimensional/tabular cubes and querying them using MDX/DAX (Microsoft SSAS), with the ability to optimize performance.PowerBI (Development, Administration, Gateway) experience is essential.Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS, including EDS, Redshift, AWS API gateway) is required.Familiarity with Oracle data sources/targets is crucial.Experience with Workforce Analytics (SuccessFactors reporting) is an asset.Analytical and Communication Skills:Ability to convert business needs into technical specifications for developing optimal solutions.Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive, self-driven approach.Strong business analysis skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to gather and document requirements.Proven ability to provide accurate estimates for BI solutions.Analytical problem solver and effective team player who can manage multiple tasks.Expertise in data gathering, research, and analysis to derive meaningful insights and solutions for user needs.Additional Requirements:A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
