Role Overview: IT Service Desk Specialist
Based in our Ramat Gan office, the IT Service Desk Specialist plays a key role in supporting Gong employees with hardware, software, and SaaS application issues. This is a fully on-site position. The goal: keep teams productive and equipped with the right technology.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for laptops, peripherals, and software in both Windows and macOS environments.
- Manage service requests and incidents from initial response to resolution, keeping employees informed throughout.
- Assist with onboarding and the employee lifecycle, including hardware setup, access management, and user guidance.
Types of Issues Addressed
- Troubleshoot technical problems that affect productivity, such as login or application errors, device performance, and connectivity.
- Resolve office IT issues, including printers, A/V equipment in meeting rooms, and network escalations.
- Support technology needs across employee lifecycle stages: pre-hire setup, onboarding, and separation processes.

- Keep employees productive by resolving IT issues quickly and thoroughly.
- Improve the technology experience for both in-office and remote staff.
- Help strengthen IT operations by documenting processes and sharing knowledge.
