IT Service Management Quality Assurance Lead
Procom Services is seeking a skilled IT Service Management Quality Assurance Lead for a contract position in Plano, TX.
Role Overview
We are in search of a Quality Assurance Lead with extensive experience in testing and ensuring the quality of software products and applications within the IT Service Management domain. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of overarching objectives while also being detail-oriented, capable of assessing all system use cases and interactions. This role requires the ability to create meticulous testing plans, execute them effectively, and provide final approval on product quality.
- Proficient in hands-on end-to-end testing, particularly with IT Service Management applications such as HPE BSM, HPE Service Manager, or ServiceNow.
- Design, develop, review, and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, plan, and implement QA schedules efficiently.
- Manage QA documentation concerning defects, procedures, and processes.
- Troubleshoot application/product issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews, including static code inspections.
- Ensure product quality through continuous testing and code refinement.
- Identify regression coverage for code changes for each release/sprint.
- Basic understanding of performance testing and associated tools.
- Define performance test plans and demonstrate foundational knowledge of performance testing tools.
- Act as a quality champion, aiding in the implementation of standards and processes.
