Ensure all documentation, deliverables, and approvals are complete and compliant before moving through stage gates. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), define test approaches with subject matter experts, manage test cycles, and drive sign-off for deliverables. Support rollout and transition for agencies, coordinating with enablement and hypercare teams to ensure successful adoption. Contribute to statements of work (SOW) by clarifying scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and out-of-scope items.
