You will also focus on continuously enhancing and automating core finance processes.If you have a passion for numbers, appreciate robust processes, and want your contributions to make a difference in a fast-growing fintech environment, this role is an excellent fit.Your ResponsibilitiesManage local reporting for international legal entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements.Prepare and deliver relevant information and documentation for banks, management, and auditors.Coordinate with BIG-4 auditors during annual audits.Plan and implement improvements and automation in accounting and reporting processes.Communicate with consultants across multiple jurisdictions.Prepare and submit regulatory reports and tax declarations.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or auditing.Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards, with the ability to interpret financial reports effectively.Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.Solid understanding of banking operations, transactions, and payment instruments.Structured thinking and strong analytical skills.
