RemoteVA PH is seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote position, you'll provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services across various platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools. This role demands a strong understanding of cloud technologies, scripting abilities, and familiarity with IT ticketing systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and excels in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in both QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments.
- Utilize NinjaRMM and ticketing tools (such as Gam Ninja) to monitor and address incidents.
- Develop and maintain IT scripts to enhance automation and optimize tasks.
- Manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions within defined SLAs.
- Engage effectively via Microsoft Teams while upholding high service standards.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and common issues to enrich the knowledge base.
