The Application Referent helps drive digital transformation and supports users of the Training Information System. Main Responsibilities Support and guide users through assistance, training, communication, and documentation. Collect and analyze functional requirements, translate them into clear specifications for the Information System, and facilitate discussions with business referents and departments. Oversee application development: configuration or development, testing, validation before production, and version management. Manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring both functional and regulatory monitoring.
