We are in search of a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Client Facing Infrastructure team as a full-time IT System Engineer. This role demands over 3 years of hands-on experience in IT systems engineering, where you will play a crucial role in the implementation, administration, and monitoring of high-availability production servers and application environments for a leading global SaaS provider. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and possesses the trust to handle root and administrative access to production servers and virtual machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, design, implement, test, and modify computer systems with software as the core component.
Deliver exceptional IT services to TransPerfect technology teams.
Respond daily to support requests, primarily focusing on access requests, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
Monitor and respond to critical alerts from Nagios/Zabbix, proactively addressing potential issues to prevent recurrence.
Develop, maintain, and document installation and configuration procedures.
Be prepared to be on-call during off-hours periodically.
