Your Role
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and supporting our IT services. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing cloud services including identity, communications, and infrastructure accounts and integrations.
Managing corporate workstation mobile device management (MDM) and ensuring workstation security.
Providing IT service desk support, including handling change requests, troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding processes, equipment management, and break/fix support.
Maintaining a robust security posture and incident response process.
Assisting with security and compliance initiatives.
Streamlining helpdesk operations by managing a diverse queue of tickets, from routine access requests to complex system failures.
