In the role of IT Systems Architect at CGS Federal, you will spearhead multiple teams of developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to transform business requirements and use cases into a fully functional application. Your expertise will guide the application development teams as you create an enterprise-level vision. As a PEGA architect, you will play a vital role in developing and reviewing technical deliverables, establishing standards, and creating repeatable processes and reusable components. Additionally, you will assist in project planning, which includes developing timelines, forming technical teams, and resource leveling.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Serve as the liaison between the Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams, effectively translating technical language for non-technical members.
- Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders, as well as Lead Business Analysts, to translate business requirements into application functionalities.
- Actively participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning.
- Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.
- Publish software release notes and maintain product documentation.
- Provide mentorship to Software Development team members as necessary.
- Engage with and support customer success teams.
- Capture functional software requirements and convert them into user stories.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM.
