As the PEGA Architect, you will also contribute to the creation and evaluation of technical deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a knack for establishing standards, developing repeatable processes, and designing reusable components. A crucial aspect of this position includes aiding in project planning, which encompasses timeline development, team composition, and resource leveling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the bridge between the Lead Business Architect and the ITO PEGA teams, effectively translating technical concepts for non-technical members.
- Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners and stakeholders, as well as Lead Business Analysts, to align business requirements with application functionality.
- Engage in Agile software development sprints and contribute to sprint planning sessions.
- Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in the software testing process.
- Publish software release notes and ensure product documentation is up to date.
- Mentor software development team members as needed.
- Participate in and support customer success teams.
- Capture functional software requirements and translate them into user stories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM.
