As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead various projects, collaborating with developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to transform business requirements, process workflows, and use cases into robust, functional applications. With an enterprise-wide vision, your role will focus on mentoring and empowering application development teams. As the PEGA Architect, you will also contribute to the creation and evaluation of technical deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a knack for establishing standards, developing repeatable processes, and designing reusable components. A crucial aspect of this position includes aiding in project planning, which encompasses timeline development, team composition, and resource leveling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the bridge between the Lead Business Architect and the ITO PEGA teams, effectively translating technical concepts for non-technical members.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners and stakeholders, as well as Lead Business Analysts, to align business requirements with application functionality.
  • Engage in Agile software development sprints and contribute to sprint planning sessions.
  • Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in the software testing process.
  • Publish software release notes and ensure product documentation is up to date.
  • Mentor software development team members as needed.
  • Participate in and support customer success teams.
  • Capture functional software requirements and translate them into user stories.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM.
