IT Systems Architect

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Architect to join our innovative team at CGS Federal in Atlanta, GA. This full-time position is ideal for a mid-level professional who excels in leading development teams to transform business requirements into efficient applications. As the PEGA architect, you will empower and mentor application development teams while ensuring the technical deliverables meet enterprise standards. You will play a crucial role in project planning, including resource leveling and timeline development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a bridge between Lead Business Architects and ITO PEGA teams, effectively translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Lead Business Analysts to accurately convey business requirements into applications.
- Engage in Agile software development sprints, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
- Define solution acceptance criteria and support software testing processes.
- Create and maintain software release notes and documentation.
- Provide mentorship to Software Development team members as necessary.
- Support customer success teams by participating in key initiatives.
- Capture functional software requirements and convert them into user stories.
