What does the role entail?
As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dynamic hybrid environment (Mac & Windows) and managing enterprise audiovisual solutions. You'll independently navigate our ticketing system to manage your tasks efficiently while maintaining high service levels within our fast-paced IT/AI organization.

Incident, Problem & Request Management
- Independent Ticket Management: Take ownership of your tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues across various platforms effectively.
