We are thrilled to announce the launch of our IT Trainee Program, set to commence in January 2026. This 90-day initiative is designed to provide aspiring IT professionals with valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Throughout the 12-week program, you will gain practical skills in:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Managing users and groups in Active Directory
- Installing printers and peripherals
- Setting up new desktops
- Administering Office 365
- Performing basic server maintenance
- Conducting customer network audits
- Addressing first-level security incidents (phishing, SPAM, Dark Web alerts)
- Responding to client inquiries via phone and email
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks and general office duties
- Support IT services and projects, including on-site equipment deliveries
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient office environment
- Navigate our ticketing system effectively, a critical aspect of our operations
- Complete self-paced technical training modules and obtain certifications
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the entire program duration
Qualifications:
- Completed an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree in Information Technology—or possess equivalent hands-on experience
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Security+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (MS-900, SC-900, AZ-900) are advantageous
- Previous experience in a help desk or related IT role is preferred
- A strong motivation to learn and grow professionally
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U. S.
As a trainee, you will receive:
