A strong desire to learn and advance within the IT field. Effective organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U. S.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our IT Trainee Program, set to commence in January 2026. This 90-day initiative is designed to provide aspiring IT professionals with valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Throughout the 12-week program, you will gain practical skills in:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Managing users and groups in Active Directory
  • Installing printers and peripherals
  • Setting up new desktops
  • Administering Office 365
  • Performing basic server maintenance
  • Conducting customer network audits
  • Addressing first-level security incidents (phishing, SPAM, Dark Web alerts)
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone and email

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks and general office duties
  • Support IT services and projects, including on-site equipment deliveries
  • Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient office environment
  • Navigate our ticketing system effectively, a critical aspect of our operations
  • Complete self-paced technical training modules and obtain certifications
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the entire program duration

Qualifications:

  • Completed an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree in Information Technology—or possess equivalent hands-on experience
  • Technical certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Security+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (MS-900, SC-900, AZ-900) are advantageous
  • Previous experience in a help desk or related IT role is preferred
  • A strong motivation to learn and grow professionally
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U. S.

As a trainee, you will receive:
