Education and ExperienceA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is required, along with over 5 years of hands-on software development experience in Java programming, T-SQL, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Preferred Skills:Experience with Apache Tomcat and the . NET framework is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Join a dynamic team of developers working closely with customer operations. Your daily activities will involve maintaining and enhancing our existing web application, ensuring it meets customer requirements while operating on an AWS-hosted environment. You will play a crucial role in developing integrations between customer-facing front office systems and back office applications. Continuous enhancements will be made to support evolving customer needs aligned with our long-term technical roadmap.

Required Skills

You must possess strong proficiency in SQL, SSRS reporting, API integration, and Java. Candidates should have:

At least 3 years of experience with SOAP-based and RESTful Web services development.
A minimum of 5 years of core Java 6/J2EE development experience, including frameworks such as Hibernate, JDBC, JPA, ORM, and MVC entity framework, along with JSON, jQuery.
5+ years of SQL experience with the ability to write complex T-SQL queries in MSSQL.
Experience with SSRS reporting.
At least 5 years of experience with Spring framework.
3+ years of experience in Spring MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Agile software development methodologies, and best coding practices is essential. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are necessary. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
