Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of QA experience in the Information Technology sector.
• Proficient in testing technologies for digital programs, including omni-channel access and customer experience, beyond standard functional testing.
• Significant exposure to the healthcare domain, with a solid understanding of the US healthcare system and its regulations.
• Familiarity with various estimation methodologies and quality processes.
• Strong analytical skills, technical prowess, and effective communication abilities, with a capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and coordinate with team members.
• Expertise in automation testing, specifically with Java and the JUnit test framework in the Eclipse IDE, along with experience in developing automation frameworks for web, mobile (hybrid and native applications), and service virtualization testing (including web services and APIs).
• Experience with web automation tools such as Selenium, mobile automation tools like Appium/Perfecto, and service automation using Soap UI.
• Additional preferred experience includes:
- Minimum of 2 years of core healthcare domain expertise in testing.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing with the ability to design and maintain scalable frameworks for web, service, and mobile automation.
- Knowledge of integration with DevOps orchestration tools like Jenkins and BDD parsers such as Cucumber, including understanding SOAP and REST protocols for services.
- Familiarity with IBM Rational tools such as RFT, RTC, uDeploy, RIT, and RTW.
- Knowledge of US healthcare requirements such as HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, compliance, HIPAA, and HealthCare Exchange (HIX).
- Expertise in functional testing, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Software Testing Life Cycle methodologies like Waterfall and Agile delivery.
- Good knowledge of defect life cycle management and SQL awareness.
- Understanding of technical architectures like client-server, n-tier, and service-oriented architectures.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to work in a global delivery environment.
