Role overview pridelogic is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer located in LATAM to lead mobile development in a remote, AI-driven environment. This role involves more than routine ticket work. The team values engineers who think independently and can build scalable mobile systems from the ground up, transforming broad product concepts into production-ready applications. Working as part of a small group, this engineer will own projects end-to-end. AI agents support research, planning, and implementation, but responsibility for technical decisions and product quality remains with the engineer. Success in this position requires quick, thoughtful decision-making and a strong focus on performance, usability, and high standards. What you will do Design and lead mobile application architecture in React Native, from setup through deployment. Make independent architectural decisions that emphasize scalability, maintainability, and speed. Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js to support mobile features. Design and optimize SQL databases, particularly Postgres, with careful attention to data modeling and performance. Establish engineering patterns for mobile, backend, and API integrations that can scale. Set and uphold standards for architecture, code quality, testing, and developer experience. Define technical direction and broad strategies, not just day-to-day implementation. Maintain quality benchmarks for both AI-generated and manually written code.
