Preferred Qualifications• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software development using technologies such as Java 1.8+, Spring Framework, Spring Batch, Spring Boot or DropWizard, Restful Services (JAX-RS), Java Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, PowerMockito), Relational Databases (preferably Oracle), Microservices architecture, Git, Jenkins, and a solid understanding of Cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with JPA/JDBI or Mybatis is also desired.• Additional knowledge of technologies such as Docker, Document-Based Databases (Cassandra, Couchbase, or MongoDB), Redis, SonarQube, Kafka, Loadrunner, Jira, Confluence, Cucumber, and Kubernetes (or similar technologies) will be an advantage.• At least 2 years of experience in developing enterprise-grade, highly scalable Java applications.• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with at least 2 years of experience and familiarity with Agile ceremonies. Certifications like CSM® or PMI ACP® are a plus.• Minimum 2 years of experience in the design and architecture of JEE applications.• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment with diverse stakeholders.• Experience in Credit Card Loyalty Programs will be considered a significant advantage.• Excellent analytical skills and a desire to excel in a global delivery environment.
