The successful candidate will be responsible for aggregating data from various existing sources, developing plans for data collection, processing, storage, and reporting. We seek someone with a solid understanding of large-scale enterprise systems and expert knowledge of Java coding, particularly with the Java Server Faces Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to create effective software designs.
- Provide work estimates to project managers, deliver regular status updates, and monitor progress against project timelines.
- Develop program specifications and initial prototypes.
- Convert software designs and specifications into high-quality code using the appropriate programming languages.
- Integrate individual software solutions into larger systems.
- Utilize web-based tools to build and enhance applications.
- Regularly test code to ensure desired results and perform debugging as necessary.
- Work alongside business, development, and QA teams to devise testing and acceptance procedures.
- Implement upgrades to enhance software and system security and efficiency.
- Partner with business analysts to provide training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for user support.
