Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Hands-on software development experience. Proficient in Java development with proven experience. Experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented analysis and design, including common design patterns. Deep knowledge of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction Management, etc.). Strong expertise in Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate). Familiarity with the Spring Framework. Experience with web application development using popular frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC). Experience with test-driven development methodologies.

Write efficient, well-structured, and testable code.
Ensure that technical designs meet specifications and guidelines.
Prepare and manage software component releases.
Drive continuous improvement by researching new technologies and presenting findings for architectural review.
