The successful candidate will be responsible for aggregating data from various existing sources and developing comprehensive strategies for data collection, processing, storage, and reporting. We seek a candidate with a robust understanding of large-scale enterprise systems and a proven mastery of Java programming, specifically with the Java Server Faces Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and fellow developers to create software designs.
- Provide work estimates to the project manager, deliver regular status updates, and monitor progress against the project work plan.
- Develop program specifications and foundational prototypes.
- Convert software designs and specifications into efficient, high-functioning code.
- Integrate individual software solutions into larger systems.
- Utilize web-based tools for application development and enhancement.
- Conduct periodic testing of code to ensure optimal performance and perform debugging as required.
- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to establish testing and acceptance protocols.
- Perform upgrades to enhance software and system security and efficiency.
- Work with business analysts to provide training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for user support.
