Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; will consider three years of progressive experience in the relevant specialty in lieu of each year of education.• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, proficient in technologies such as Java 1.5+, Spring 3.0 or later, Web Services (SOAP/REST), JSP, Servlet, Eclipse, HTML, and IBM WebSphere/JBoss Application Server, along with SQL.
• Familiarity with Jira, Maven, and SOAP UI is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience with Big Data technologies, including HDFS (MapR distribution), Map Reduce using Java, PIG, and Hive.
• Required knowledge of data modeling in NoSQL HBase.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Python development.
• Background in Credit Risk or Fraud Analytics domains is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Global Delivery model (onsite-offshore model).
• Expertise in SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in project lifecycle activities related to development and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of build and configuration management processes.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with software development tools and techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams.
• High analytical capability and effective communication skills with stakeholders.
• Skills in requirements analysis, estimation, development, and code review activities.
• Capacity to prioritize and execute tasks with a focus on quality and timely completion.
• Experience in the credit card and payments domain is a plus.
• A desire to work in a Global Delivery environment.
