Basic Qualifications• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent foreign qualification from an accredited institution is required. Candidates with three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience utilizing technologies such as Java 1.5+, Spring 3.0 or later, Web Services (SOAP or REST), JSP, Servlet, Eclipse, HTML, IBM WebSphere/JBoss Application Server, and SQL.
• Proven expertise in Apache Camel, Spring Boot development, KAFKA messaging systems, Hazelcast caching, and Apache Ignite.
• Proficient in writing DDL and DML SQL commands, with a strong ability to analyze data and present insightful conclusions while maintaining data quality.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Module Lead).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Maven, and SOAP UI is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience working within a Global Delivery model, specifically in onsite-offshore contexts.
• Minimum of 4 years of involvement in SDLC methodologies, particularly Waterfall or Agile (preferred).
• Comprehensive experience in project life cycle activities for development and maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of build and configuration management processes is essential.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with the software development tools and techniques.
• Effective collaboration skills with offshore teams.
• High analytical skills and impactful communication abilities with stakeholders.
• Capable of participating in requirements analysis, estimation, development, and code review activities.
• Strong prioritization and task execution skills, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Experience in the credit card and payments domain is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for working in a Global delivery environment.
