What to Expect in the Recruitment Process:
1. Recruiter Screening
In our first call, our recruiter will learn more about you and your background to assess a potential fit for gravity9. This is also your chance to ask questions about the role and the company. This step typically lasts around 60 minutes.
2. Technical Interview 1 with Our Software Consultants
In this meeting, your potential future teammates will delve deeper into your experiences and what you can contribute to the team. This step usually takes around 90 minutes.
3. Technical Interview 2 with Our Tech Leads
Similar to the previous step, here your prospective teammates will further explore your experience and future contributions. This step also lasts approximately 90 minutes.
4. Final Interview
Congratulations! You’ve made it to the final stage! Here, we look forward to discussing collaboration opportunities with you and providing a chance to meet our leadership team in an informal setting. This step typically lasts around 30 minutes.
The salary details for this role will be disclosed prior to the first recruitment meeting.
