Your Role at impact.com: As a Senior Technical Services Engineer, you will gain an in-depth understanding of impact.com’s technology and platform capabilities, guiding clients throughout the entire lifecycle—from initial integration to post-launch optimization and ongoing support. You will design, implement, and sustain technical solutions across our SaaS platform, helping to ensure reliability, scalability, and sustainable success. Collaborating closely with Onboarding, Client Success, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams, you will work directly with both business and technical stakeholders to facilitate integrations, troubleshoot intricate technical issues, and provide continuous guidance on best practices. In this pivotal role, you will address the technical challenges faced by our clients, leveraging your expertise to diagnose issues, drive resolutions, and enhance the client experience post-launch. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of impact.com’s products, platform capabilities, and enhancements, while keeping abreast of relevant industry trends. Support the design, implementation, and management of technical integrations for both new and existing clients on the impact.com platform, including troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance. Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Solutions, and other internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
