THE ROLE We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Fleet Coordinator to lead and support a team of Asset Analysts in our Central Europe region. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing regional fleet strategies, ensuring adherence to processes, and enhancing performance in alignment with customer satisfaction, vehicle availability, and in-fleet objectives. Reporting directly to the Regional Director and functionally to the Operations Strategy Director, the Regional Fleet Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone of the region. This role requires a collaborative leader capable of translating strategy into actionable execution while supporting local depots through the coordination of regional processes and partnerships. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Regional Execution & Operational Support Oversee daily operational functions across the region, ensuring effective coordination with local depots and Asset Analysts. Guarantee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly regarding health & safety, facilities, stock management, and service delivery. Track and drive results on core KPIs, especially vehicle unavailability, supplier networks, vehicle maintenance costs, and in-fleet processes. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, pinpoint bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures. Act as the right-hand person to the Regional Director and serve as the BROM's stand-in during absences. Team Leadership & People Development Lead and nurture a team of Asset Analysts through regular one-on-one meetings, team check-ins, and coaching sessions.
