About the Position
As a JavaScript Integration Engineer on our Customer Data Integrations team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the ecommerce experience for millions of shoppers. You will develop monitoring tools to ensure seamless and high-quality integrations with the Constructor platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a technical consultant to customers during their onboarding and integration journey, providing support through calls and collaborative efforts.
- Creating and maintaining internal tools that enhance visibility into customer integrations, including dashboards and systems that monitor data quality and integration performance.
- Advancing our event tracking capabilities to guarantee reliable and scalable data collection that fuels our AI algorithms.
- Improving documentation, training materials, and developer resources for both customers and internal teams.
- Assisting customers asynchronously by identifying and resolving issues, reviewing implementations, and ensuring data integrity while proactively monitoring integration health.
- Collaborating with integration-focused teams to identify recurring integration challenges and devise scalable solutions.
- Partnering with Product, Customer Success, and other engineering teams to shape the future landscape of customer integrations.
