Key Responsibilities
Quotation & Pre-Sales Execution
• Generate and communicate accurate customer quotations within established turnaround times (TATs)
• Ensure responsiveness and speed, as these factors directly influence conversion rates.Order Creation & CAD Management
• Initiate CAD requests and purchase orders with manufacturers
• Review and authorize CAD files, ensuring they meet customer specifications prior to production
• Proactively identify and flag discrepancies or potential challenges to prevent rework
• Organize and preserve all CAD files systematically for easy access and traceability
• Ensure timely receipt of CADs from suppliers and proactively follow up to avert delays.Order Tracking & Coordination
• Oversee end-to-end order timelines, from confirmation to delivery
• Collaborate closely with manufacturers, quality control teams, and logistics partners
• Monitor key production milestones to ensure adherence to timelines.Exception Handling & Problem Solving
• Manage remakes, repairs, resizing, and modifications to orders
• Address customer escalations using a solution-oriented approach
• Resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and impacts.Systems & Data Accuracy
• Maintain precise, real-time updates across all systems and trackers
• Ensure comprehensive data integrity throughout the order management process.
