- Transport daily supplies from the storage area to the kitchen efficiently.
- Assist the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in routine kitchen operations and tasks.
- Assume full responsibility for your assigned section in the absence of your immediate supervisor.
- Follow the menu specifications, including images and portion sizes, as directed by the Chef.
- Maintain a hygienic workspace at all times, adhering to the hotel’s health standards.
- Communicate effectively with your supervisor regarding all relevant and significant matters.
- Manage food inventory and stock levels proactively.
- Foster efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and exceptional social skills in all interactions.
- Encourage positive inter-departmental relationships.
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude consistently, enhancing the company's image to guests and peers.
- Demonstrate pride in your work environment and personal appearance while representing the hotel, reflecting a strong commitment to your role.
- Comply with company policies and hotel regulations at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the Maintenance Department promptly.
- Submit maintenance requests as needed to the Maintenance Department.
- Engage in training and development programs as recommended by management.
- Assist the Duty Manager with any tasks as outlined by them.
- Fulfill any reasonable requests made by management to the best of your ability.
- Ensure compliance with legal and management standards in the specified areas at all times.
