What We Are Looking For:
The Production Operator will play a crucial role in loading component parts into automated assembly lines while ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Utilizing PLEX to manage inventory, loading components, recording production data, packing items according to specifications, labeling, and documenting any issues with parts or machinery.
- Reporting any machinery malfunctions and subpar quality parts to Team Leaders or Supervisors.
- Ensuring compliance with check sheets and work instructions for all products.
- Documenting inspection results and any non-conformance issues.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Assisting with internal and external audits as required.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for quality and process enhancements.
- Cross-training on various work centers as needed.
- Performing other assigned duties as necessary.
Work Schedule:
This is a 1st Shift position, operating Monday through Friday at our plant located in Irving, Texas.
Occasionally, you may need to arrive early, stay late, or work weekends to ensure we meet customer demands and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
