From the moment you arrive at the gates with our friendly Ticket Takers to the guidance provided by our Elevator Operators, Greeters, and Ushers, we strive for excellence in every interaction. Our Quality Control team ensures that your experience, including wait times for concessions and park cleanliness, meets the highest standards. Regular evaluations of team members' performance help maintain our commitment to outstanding service.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Usher, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and directing fans to their designated seating areas, ensuring compliance with ticket allocations. Your accessibility throughout the game is essential, as you will assist fans with directions, answer inquiries, and ensure that walkways and ramps remain clear for smooth movement.
Please note that prior to the commencement of the 2026 season, attendance and completion of our New Hire, All Staff, and TEAM Trainings are mandatory before your first workday.
The hourly compensation for this position is $15.
