Qualifications
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.• 3 to 5 years of experience in thermal and fluid systems, specifically in data center cooling, HVAC, CRAC, CDU, or server OEM sectors.• Hands-on experience with pumps, valves, filters, sensors, and coolant chemistries (such as water-glycol and dielectric) as well as reliability testing methods.• In-depth knowledge of liquid cooling components (including cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps, and quick disconnects) and manufacturing processes.• Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery.• Capability to provide on-site technical support at customer and data center locations, including RMA management.• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD 3D, Pro/E, or SolidWorks.• Fluent in English and Mandarin.• Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and a strong team spirit.

As a Field Application Engineer specializing in Liquid Cooling, you will lead projects by planning and tracking milestones, managing risks, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration from the design phase to full-scale production.
Your role will involve engaging with customers to capture their technical requirements, discussing trade-offs, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting architectural decisions. You will also define and execute validation and quality test plans, documenting results and ensuring actions are closed.
Providing on-site technical support, you will stabilize and optimize performance at data centers and customer facilities, while managing RMA processes including fault isolation and corrective actions. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to ensure the quality and yield of liquid-cooling systems, having a solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as brazing, welding, cleaning, and testing.
Additionally, you will contribute to market and roadmap inputs by synthesizing customer needs and trends into actionable product requirements and targets.
