Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile:Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.Passionate about creating technical solutions that encompass SaaS applications, including CRM platforms and business systems integration, demonstrated through coursework, projects, or personal endeavors.Possess a problem-solving mindset and a keen interest in understanding how technology and data drive go-to-market and business processes.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working alongside both technical and non-technical team members.Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, and willing to ask insightful questions.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus (experience through coursework, Trailhead badges, internships, or projects is highly regarded).Proficient in object-oriented programming languages such as C++, Python, Go, JavaScript, or Java.Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or data integration concepts (e.g., REST APIs, ETL, or data modeling).Available for at least one quarter/semester of university studies post-internship completion, with a graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.Authorization to work in the United States is required; company sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.

This internship presents a unique opportunity to engage with one of the industry's most extensively customized Salesforce environments, leveraging modern Apex frameworks, automation, and integrations, ultimately making a significant impact on MongoDB's global operations. In this role, you will partner with engineers, administrators, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions, automate workflows, and bolster data-driven decision-making throughout the revenue organization.
You will gain hands-on experience throughout the entire CRM development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
