We are looking for candidates who possess:No prior experience is necessary; however, internships in accounting or finance, or part-time roles in customer service, retail, or hospitality are advantageous.A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant fields such as Data Analytics, Coding, Engineering, Law, or Sciences.Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a keen interest in business and commerce, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis.A proactive and determined mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges through persistence and hard work. You should be organized, receptive to guidance, and possess a curious approach to problem-solving.

We operate across New Zealand with offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Hamilton, serving a diverse clientele that includes corporate entities, financial investors, individuals, and both private and publicly listed companies.
In your typical day, you can expect to:
- Assist in conducting comprehensive financial analyses of businesses.
- Engage in discussions with the engagement team and clients to identify business value drivers, growth prospects, and potential risks.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports that convey critical insights to our clients and stakeholders.
