Join our volunteer team as a 3D Creature Artist, where your expertise in creating realistic yet fantastical creatures will be essential for our project, The Lays of Althas: Sundered Order (LoA:SO). This role involves mesh sculpting, texturing, and experience with fur and hair cards. While rigging and skinning skills are not mandatory, they would be advantageous.
Effective communication is vital to maintaining a smooth production pipeline, so you should possess strong verbal skills and feel comfortable asking questions or raising concerns. As an English-speaking team, fluency in English is required.
If you have a knack for teaching, you may also be called to assist junior team members in relevant areas.
Additional responsibilities include adhering to team policies outlined during orientation and participating in meetings via Slack, our preferred communication platform.
