About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be part of a specialized team of over five 3D Printing technicians operating within a state-of-the-art, digital-only facility. Your primary responsibilities will include the precise digital nesting of prints and operating advanced equipment to ensure that all orders meet the highest quality standards and are completed within customer deadlines. What You'll Do
Operate Efficiently:
Utilize sophisticated software to expertly digitally nest a variety of 3D printed materials.
Prepare multiple 3D printing machines with job-ready files.
Receive comprehensive training on diverse tools and equipment from Dandy.
Drive Process Enhancements:
Become the key resource for insights on workflow, equipment usage, and capacity optimization to facilitate the production of high-quality products.
Problem-Solve Effectively:
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and technology challenges in a high-volume, fast-paced dental lab environment.
Ensure Quality Compliance:
Maintain rigorous manufacturing quality standards, including equipment upkeep, and lead by example. Ensuring high quality is essential for efficient scalability!
Maximize the output capacity of 3D printers while maintaining superior quality.
