Role Overview: As a 3rd Key, you will oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, executing opening and closing procedures and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
- Exhibit leadership in driving sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding store and individual targets.
- Assist in communicating operational goals to maximize team contributions toward sales plans.
- Effectively set up sales/promotions with appropriate signage.
- Support the maintenance of merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
- Help train staff on security policies and procedures.
- Maintain associate safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
- Process register functions accurately and ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Ensure store cleanliness standards are met, both on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Communicate changes in store policies to staff and ensure understanding.
