Key Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery and Assessment:
Develop or adapt year-long, Missouri State standards-aligned unit and lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of all students.
Utilize assessment data to adjust both short-term and long-term instructional plans, enhancing all students’ academic success.
Welcome and integrate feedback as part of your commitment to continuous improvement.
Keep precise records, maintain an organized grade book, and implement effective data tracking systems.
Academic and Cultural Support:
Take personal responsibility for student achievement and growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of critical thinking and academic excellence.
Build and sustain meaningful relationships with students and families grounded in trust and respect.
Engage in daily school operations, including morning, lunch, and afternoon supervisory duties.
Participate actively in school events, including staff meetings, open houses, and student-led parent conferences.
Meet professional responsibilities promptly and consistently.
