As the Floor Supervisor, you will guide and mentor Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring that our store operations run smoothly and effectively. As a key member of the store leadership team, your focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales performance daily.

Your schedule will vary weekly, but you can expect to work 12-16 hours per week, with mandatory availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays. During peak periods, hours may increase to meet business demands.
