Your Experience Awaits
Throughout your rotations, you will gain insight into the operational aspects of the business and how HR enhances performance, culture, and organizational efficiency. You will explore diverse HR areas, including People Analytics, Employee Relations, HR Business Partner roles, Total Rewards & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Program Management, Organizational Development, and other HR functions tailored to business needs.
Each rotation provides the platform to deepen your HR expertise, establish valuable relationships within WD, and understand how strategic people decisions shape our global workforce.
Your Responsibilities
During the program, you will engage in impactful assignments and projects that span both strategic and operational HR areas, where you will:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess organizational needs and propose people-centric solutions.
- Assist in performance management, talent development, and leadership readiness initiatives.
- Interpret HR policies, employee matters, and workforce-related considerations.
- Contribute to compensation, total rewards, and staffing projects.
- Support employee relations activities with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
