Qualifications:At least 2 years of management experience in the automotive sector or 4 years in a different management role.Familiarity with store technology systems (POS, email, etc.).Experience in Payroll management, Expense analysis, and Inventory Control.Previous experience as a Technician or Bay Manager.Proven track record in employee retention and conflict resolution.Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong adaptability to change.Ability to analyze and interpret P&L statements.Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced work environment.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Capacity to build professional relationships with both customers and team members.Effective in working independently and as part of a team.

You will start by learning how to cultivate a motivated team and create an environment where your service team can excel. This involves being actively engaged on the sales floor and collaborating closely with your Service Team to enhance their performance and support them in executing store processes. While the duration of the program may vary for each participant, those who demonstrate exceptional performance and exceed expectations can expect to be considered for Store Management positions within 3 to 12 months.
