Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess:A minimum of 2 years of management experience in the automotive sector, or 4 years in a general management role.A foundational knowledge of store technologies (POS systems, email communication, etc.).Proven experience in payroll management, expense analysis, and inventory control.Background as a skilled Technician or Bay Manager.A track record of success in employee retention and effective conflict resolution.Exceptional leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a capacity to adapt to change.Competence in reviewing and analyzing profit and loss statements.Adeptness in thriving in a fast-paced working environment.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Skill in developing professional relationships with both customers and team members.Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
