Desired Qualifications:At least 2 years of management experience in the automotive industry or 4 years in general management.Familiarity with store technology, including POS systems and email communication.Experience in Payroll management, Expense analysis, and Inventory Control.Proven background as a Technician or Bay Manager.Demonstrated success in employee retention and conflict resolution.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a strong adaptability to change.Ability to interpret and analyze P&L statements.Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in building professional relationships with customers and coworkers.Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
