Manage contract renewals for designated clients while actively pursuing cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. Foster strong customer relationships to uncover new revenue streams.
Gain a comprehensive and interconnected understanding of customers' industries, businesses, markets, and clusters.
Broaden the customer network to identify new stakeholders within assigned accounts. Collaborate with the Strategic Analytics & Insights Team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Coordinate with Customer Success, Customer Service, and other relevant teams to create and implement Account Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
Take ownership of the overall RMS & SA&I targets/quota for your portfolio. Proactively identify and seize new sales opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline to meet targets, accurate forecasting, and responsibility for cash collection within your account portfolio.
Collect, analyze, and act upon customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.
