ABOUT THE ROLE
Fever is the top technology platform for culture and live entertainment, and Fever for Business is our rapidly expanding unit that brings this magic to companies and organizations. As our Account Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind privatized events and manage our group ticket revenue stream. You will qualify and nurture incoming interest, develop targeted outbound strategies, and finalize group ticket transactions while refining the sales methodologies that will accelerate your growth (and ours).
What success looks like in your first year:
- 3 months: Get familiar with our offerings, tools, and messaging. Begin closing your first group ticket deals and achieve your pipeline objectives.
- 6 months: Consistently generate and advance qualified opportunities for private events. Show improved conversion rates through disciplined follow-up and data-driven adjustments.
- 12 months: Establish yourself as a key contributor to group ticket sales, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our offerings.
