Your Role:
We seek a strategic and results-oriented Account Development Representative Manager to spearhead the growth of our ADR team across Europe and APAC. This pivotal role will involve leading a high-performing team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs) and collaborating closely with marketing and sales leadership to devise effective pipeline generation strategies that align with Feedzai’s go-to-market approach, ultimately driving significant revenue growth.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of ADRs across Europe and APAC.
- Oversee the complete team lifecycle: recruit, onboard, and train new talent, set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to cultivate a high-performance culture.
Market Strategy and Thought Leadership
- Design and implement scalable outreach strategies and workflows to enhance ADR effectiveness.
- Act as a thought leader by staying informed on industry trends, understanding client challenges, and accurately positioning Feedzai’s solutions to address client needs.
- Gather market intelligence and provide innovative insights to refine the go-to-market strategy and identify new opportunities.
Lead Generation Initiatives
- Manage inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with market demands.
